PICK UP BED KITS:
Last Refuge HotRod, Inc., ships bed kits and tailgates with DHL, insurance included in shipping costs.

Most bed kits come in 2 packages: sides in one package and front panel, rear channel, stake pockets in the second. Model A kits come in 1 package.

Customers are notified with tracking numbers when their order ships. Track packages from DHL-usa.com or call 1-800-CALL-DHL.

Bed Kit/Tailgate Packages can be shipped to a residential address or a business address, same cost.

Model A bed kits are shipped with printed assembly instructions. Download instructions for all other bed kits from the link on the home page of our website.

FREIGHT SHIPPING INFO FOR FRAMES AND ROADSTER BODIES:

LRHR, Inc. uses FreightQuote shipping broker to search for the best and most inexpensive freight carriers to your area. Prior to your merchandise shipping, our representative from FreightQuote will contact you for pre-payment of the freight.

LRHR, Inc. charge pallet and crating fees for our frames and Roadster bodies: $75.00 for frames and $150.00 for Roadster Pick-Up Packages (bodies alone or RPU packages including frames). These charges are added to your merchandise invoice.

Frames are attached to sturdy wooden pallets. Roadster bodies are packaged within plywood crates.

Exact shipping quotes are given after you order. Customers are given a tracking number and arrival date when their frame or Roadster body ships.

Shipping to a business address (rather than to a residence) will save you money. (“Business” is a building open to the public at least 6 hours a business day, where no one is residing). Customers can also pick up their frame/ Roadster body at the carrier's Terminal in your area.
Customers are also welcome to come to our Southwestern Colorado factory to pick up their Roadster Packages or frames. This will save you our crating/ palleting fees, as well as freight costs.

Upon arrival of your freight, be sure to check out your merchandise carefully for any damage before accepting the delivery.
